We negotiate with model providers so your strawberries go as far as they can. When models get cheaper, we lower the costs — we don't keep the difference.

Common questions
What happens if I run out of strawberries?
Chat and memory keep working. Media-making actions pause until your monthly refresh or you top up. No surprise charges — we'll never auto-convert you to a bigger plan.
Do unused strawberries roll over?
Up to 1 month of your plan's allowance rolls over. Anything beyond that resets. (Top-up strawberries never expire.)
Can I change plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
What if I only want to chat?
Sprinkle is $9/month and chat is unlimited. You don't need more unless you're making media.
Family or team plans?
Not yet. When we add them, it'll be because families and teams actually need them — not as an upsell.
