How do the plans work?
Four plans: Sprinkle ($9/mo), Scoop ($20/mo), Sundae ($40/mo), Pint ($80/mo). Every plan includes all 12 characters, unlimited chat, unlimited memory, and a monthly allocation of Gladys Strawberries 🍓 for making images, videos, and voice notes. Pick the size that fits how much you make.
What is a Gladys Strawberry?
A credit. The unit we use for media generation. An image costs 10 🍓. A second of video costs 25 🍓. A voice note costs 5 🍓. Chat and memory are always free — strawberries are only spent when you make something.
What happens if I run out of strawberries?
Chat and memory keep working. Media generation pauses until your monthly refresh, or you can top up à la carte (500 🍓 for $5, 2,000 for $18, 5,000 for $40). We never auto-upgrade you to a bigger plan without asking.
Do unused strawberries roll over?
Up to one month's allocation rolls over. Anything beyond that resets at your next billing cycle. Top-up strawberries never expire.
Can I change plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You never lose your memory, your characters, or your saved creations when switching.
How does the character actually remember me?
Every conversation auto-generates a summary. Preferences and facts about you get saved to a private, on-device memory store. The character weaves those back into future conversations naturally — like a friend would, not like a database would.
Does my data leave my device?
Your memories stay on your device. AI model calls go through our managed inference proxy for the characters who need it, but your memory store is local. We never sell, share, or train on your data.
Can I use this offline?
Chat history, video decomposition, memory retrieval, and a lot of the interface work offline. Text generation and media creation need network. We're moving more on-device every month.
How do I cancel?
From the app, or from your App Store subscription management page. Cancel anytime, no phone calls, no cancellation flows designed to waste your time.
What happens to my memories if I cancel?
They stay on your device. If you come back, your characters pick up where you left off. If you delete the app, you can clear them from Settings → Data & Storage first.
Can I switch between characters?
Yes. Anytime. They all share the same memory store of you, so switching doesn't lose anything — it just changes the personality you're talking to.
