Use Gladys in good faith. We'll do the same.

The deal

You pay $20/month. You get access to every character, every tool, every feature. We keep the service running and improving. Either of us can end it anytime.

What you can do

Use Gladys for personal or commercial work. Create images, videos, text, voice. Share what you make. The content you create is yours — we don't claim rights to it.

What you can't do

Don't use Gladys to harm other people — that means no harassment content, no deepfakes of real people without their consent, no CSAM or other illegal content, no trying to extract proprietary info about the system to replicate it without us. We'll close accounts that cross these lines.

The characters are fiction

Jimmy, Tiffani, Maya, all of them — they're characters, not licensed therapists, doctors, or lawyers. They're warm and knowledgeable, but they're not a substitute for a human professional when your life or health is on the line. If you're in crisis, please call 988 (US) or your local emergency line.

Payment

Four plans — Sprinkle ($9), Scoop ($20), Sundae ($40), Pint ($80) — billed monthly through the App Store (iPhone) or our web billing (when available). Each plan includes a monthly allocation of Gladys Strawberries 🍓 for media generation. Chat and memory are always included, never metered. Cancel anytime from the app or your App Store subscriptions. No cancellation fees.

Refunds

For App Store subscriptions, Apple handles refunds per their policy. If something went wrong on our end, reach out at hello@heygladys.com — we'll make it right.

If we mess up

We're a small team shipping fast. Sometimes things break. We'll fix them as quickly as we can. Our liability for any issue is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months, which is standard-issue legal stuff.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll tell you in the app and by email. You can cancel if you don't like the new ones.
